1. Who you are contracting with
AutoRadar Plus is operated by Tony Emmanuel Okereke, trading as an individual (sole trader) and reachable at tradespheric@gmail.com. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are of legal age and, if you use the service for a company, that you are authorised to bind that company.
2. What the service does
AutoRadar Plus monitors publicly accessible vehicle, parts and general marketplaces and sends you in-app alerts when a new listing matches the filters you set. We are not the seller of any listing, we do not broker sales, and we do not verify the accuracy, legality or availability of third-party listings.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Plan page; deletion removes your profile, filters and alerts.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, unauthorised scraping, circumventing technical limits). You may not resell, redistribute or reverse engineer the service. Automated bulk extraction of our data is not permitted.
4a. Marketplace rules (user listings)
Offers uploaded to the AutoRadar Marketplace must be real, lawful vehicles or parts that you are entitled to sell, described truthfully. Nudity, sexually explicit content and graphic violence are strictly prohibited in photos, titles and descriptions, as are hate speech, harassment, scams, illegal goods and misleading information. You must accept these rules before publishing an offer. Any user can report a listing or a seller and block a seller so their offers are hidden for them. We review reports and may hide or delete offers and block sellers who break these rules.
5. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use AutoRadar Plus within the plan you selected. All software, design, branding and documentation remain our property.
6. Plans, payment and subscriptions
New accounts receive one seven-day trial. After the trial, continued access requires a recurring Pro subscription (€19.99 monthly or €199.90 yearly) or Premium subscription (€49.99 monthly or €499.90 yearly). Prices include applicable taxes where shown at checkout. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by our payment partner's Paddle Buyer Terms for web purchases. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
7. Reseller / Merchant of Record
Web orders are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for web purchases. Android purchases are billed and managed by Google Play under the terms shown in the Play purchase flow. Paddle handles web-purchase customer-service inquiries and returns.
8. Service level and warranties
We work to keep the radar running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, nor that any particular marketplace remains available to us. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
9. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost deals, lost data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these terms.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination your access ends and your data may be deleted after a short export window.
11. Governing law
German law applies, and the courts competent for the operator's place of residence have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign them without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
